★★☆☆☆ The room itself was clean, renovated, and the bathroom was modern. However, the biggest issues were the noise, lack of air conditioning, and lack of service. Even with earplugs, I could hear people talking, singing, shouting, and traffic late into the night. Since there is no AC, the only option was to open the window, which made the noise even worse. At the very least, a fan should be provided. When I arrived, there was a large event taking place, and I couldn’t even find reception or anyone to check me in. I had to ask someone to locate a staff member. The staff member who checked me in was pleasant, but the check-in process was confusing. The lift was also out of service, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. I was only told after booking that events run until around 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, which I believe should be clearly disclosed before guests book. Overall, while the room was clean and updated, the lack of sleep, confusing check-in, and missing amenities made for a disappointing stay. I would not stay here again, especially on a weekend.

Stayed here on Fri night. We were attending a party held here. The noise did not bother us but I can see why it would if you were not attending the party. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Was at a birthday party and pulling up to the building I thought it didn't look much big but big but it was absolutely beautiful inside a great place for a function. The bar was very reasonable.

Came here on a work related visit, stopped 6 nights, very nice for the price, no food, takeaway restaurants across the road, tesco express next to the takeaway, restaurant up road, bar at the bottom of the hotel. Very quiet and staff very polite.
