I cannot praise staff enough. We had a wee problem with our room, it was all sorted within few minutes. Staff are nice, calm, polite and more than willing to help. The hotel is clean , minutes away from city centre, pubs, restaurants, shopping centre Breakfast was varied and good.
Good hotel, location ok. Breakfast good. Down sides - both lifts not working when I was there. Duvets in the room are probably ok in winter, but even though it was cold for late spring, the duvet was far too thick! Tea/coffee faciymediocre
If you are looking for a great hotel centrally located in the city of Glasgow. Look no further. All the staff were very helpful. Shout out to Dillon and Gordon working on the reception desk. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast and has a great bar. The room was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. I definitely will stay in this Establishment in the near future. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
A tad further from the train station than I realised, with 3 children in tow it felt far, but in reality, if you were not having to walk with luggage it's actually quite central. Polite and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Sofabed made up ready for the kids. Corridor noise not too bad considering how busy it was at breakfast, although we were fortunate to be on 5th floor. Breakfast choice was good. Kids were happy. I would have liked to see mushrooms on offer as a vegetarian who isn't always keen on veggie sausages. A great stay and we would happily recommend this brand.
