Booking a private transfer
After booking, keep the confirmation, pickup instructions and accommodation address easy to find. In arrivals, follow the meeting directions and look for the driver or agreed meeting point. Have your phone charged, your booking details ready and a contact number available in case plans change.
Give the booking provider accurate flight details so they can advise how delays are handled, and contact them if your flight is disrupted. State how many passengers and bags are travelling, including oversized luggage. Request suitable child or booster seats in advance, as availability and legal requirements can vary.
