Alex was brilliant. I had a 45-minute recovery massage for my legs, hips, lower back, and stretching, and it really helped loosen everything up. She was kind, knowledgeable, confident, and made the whole session feel professional and effective. Would definitely recommend!

Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. I received a sports massage with stretch and a facial. The massage was just what I needed to relieve tension and increase my mobility again. Alex worked out the issues I had and I felt in save hands. My facial was very relaxing and my skin felt rejuvenated and refreshed after I left. I have sensitive skin but the products used did not cause any irritation. I would highly recommend Alex's services if you are looking for a high standard treatment.
