We had such a lovely time staying at the Douglas hotel, the staff were absolutely fantastic, we really appreciate all the help they gave us. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for all your help! :)
The hotel is in a quiet location, not far from some shopping centres with an Indian kitchen nearby. The Manager was so nice and treated me like a family, it felt like home away from home.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely excellent. After I checked out, my flight was cancelled, and the staff quickly arranged a new room for me at a very reasonable price. Their help and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this hotel.
I managed to find this place the night before going to Glasgow with a friend and it was so lovely! Extremely well priced. The owner was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, there was loads of space outside to park and overall made our time in Glasgow great.
