My sister and I went for our first float today, it was absolutely amazing, Alex was so welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away, he went through everything with us before hand making us feel very comfortable with pur surroundings, I felt really relaxed from start to finish. We will definitely be back, our first float and we can already feel the benefits.
First time floating today and can definitely recommend float one. Plenty of information for first timers on the booking email and was all really clearly explained by Alex when we arrived and they have really thought of everything to make it a relaxing experience down to nature based music options, low lighting, providing hair and body products, water, tea, ear plugs, towels, a lovely vanity room to dry your hair afterwards, everything you could need. You can tell they have really put so much time and attention in to making it a relaxing experience, everything looked great, was super clean and Alex was professional and friendly. We did a couples float and there was more than enough room in the pod, it was a perfect temperature and definitely relaxing. I get bored easily so was worried the hour would feel long but it didn't at all. You can choose to have low lighting or to turn them off from inside the pod and you can leave the door open a crack if you are worried about feeling claustrophobic but it's so light that it opens very easily. The pod is empty when you arrive and fills quickly from the bottom so you can see how clean the pod is before you get in. Honestly a lovely experience all round, thank you
First time experience for me and I can honestly say it was amazing. The place itself is very deceiving. It's in an industrial estate and looks very industrial but once inside the unit its lovely, very well decorated and a relaxing atmosphere. We were shown around and everything about how the pod worked was explained before I was left to get into the pod and start my session. I would highly recommend this if your feeling stressed or just need some time to yourself. Lovely shower gels and moisturisers are there for use after your float session and a nice area for a cup of tea and dry your hair. Definitely a great experience for me and I will be back.
Every time is an incredible experience and I leave feeling tired and unbelievably relaxed, my first time going I felt nervous but Alex helped you feel super comfortable by walking you through everything first. I never write reviews for anything but I had to for this as it’s seriously such a great experience each time. Being able to totally relax your muscles and switch your mind off is amazing. I look forward to every time I go.
I was lucky enough to be gifted a voucher, by my sister, for a 60min float & redeemed it today. It was everything I had hoped for, & MORE! From ease of booking, to informative email communication before & afterwards; a warm welcome at the door & a full tour & relaxed (but clever) pre-float chat about my health history & experience - I spent my time thinking about how soon I want to / can go back! The whole studio is beautifully set up - it feels relaxing & welcoming from start to finish. The pod room is big & clean. The pod is exactly the same, & I was given a very thorough explanation & induction to the whole experience. The pod room had everything you could possibly have imagined needing, & the rainfall shower was a perfect beginning & end to the float session. I was given a glass of cold water to ensure I stayed hydrated, & it was perfect afterwards. Showered & moisturised, I then went to use the pamper room (can't remember the correct name for it) - where I was invited to enjoy a mug of herbal tea / dry my hair / continue to relax. The experience was so wholesome & relaxing. From the start of my session I realised how much I spend my life rushing around & worrying about making sure things are ok for everyone else. I really was able to enjoy this time for myself & I 100% recommend it to people - both local & able to travel. The venue is handy for the motorway too, & there are lots of other interesting organisations in the business park too. I have asked about the membership offer! I recommend you at least look into this place as a local version of paradise! Thank you!
