Went to a comedy night of Raymond Mearns. Up close and personal and very funny. Staff were excellent. If you see any shows advertised book tickets and go. Enjoyed every minute.
Quite expensive drinks (around 8 pounds per cider) but we had fantastic live music with Ivy as one of the main actors of the night. She had a beautiful voice and was very really good organized by the the pop and the sound was also very good and nice to hear. Greetings from Germany
Popped in for a couple of drinks before seeing Stuart Mitchell and ended up having an absolute belter of an afternoon 🍻⚽ The Sunday Rangers v Celtic game had the place buzzing, everybody laughing, great atmosphere and brilliant banter all round. Proper good vibes from start to finish.
Well worth looking out the downstairs comedy club - it's smaller than The Stand but that's no bad thing. Drink prices are typical of city centre venues. Really nice barstaff.
Visited to attend a comedy show hosted by Graham Mackie. Basement is an ideal venue for stand up comedy and a few drinks. Graham was very funny and we really enjoyed our afternoon
