Fun venue, Ive had great nights out there, great music and affordable priced drinks but the fact that you can't enter on your own ruins the whole experience for me. As well as the fact that the entry staff are rude and unconsiderate. Theres better venues out there that allow solo entry
The staff were friendly and efficient, even when it got busy, and the bar service was impressively quick. The venue itself is spacious with different rooms offering different vibes, so there’s something for everyone. The lighting and sound system were top quality, making the whole experience even better.
My group and I had a fabulous experience at the tribute night on 15th November. Band were just amazing, staff were brilliant and Kelly was absolutely fantastic, she arranged extra assistance for my group, her communication was excellent, so helpful, went the extra mile by ensuring our night out had the VIP experience. Could not get better customer service. Kelly you were outstanding, thank you. Christine x
