Having just had my second baby I was really struggling to find classes where I could take my toddler along with my baby. But I'm so grateful that I found Nest as it gave me the flexibility of having baby-only classes but also classes where I could bring a two-year-old as well! Jenny does a brilliant job at making everybody feel welcome and the atmosphere is always so relaxed. I also really enjoy the rebuild and balance classes and found them to be really beneficial, especially in my early postpartum days when I was unsure of what I could and couldn't do. I'd really recommend anyone to join Nest, it really has been something I look forward to each week!
Nest is such a welcoming space and I’m really glad I started coming to classes here with my baby. Jenny is very warm and friendly, and the classes are uplifting and supportive, and a great way for me to ease myself back into movement and exercise post partum. My baby seems to love baby massage and baby yoga too! I like that you don’t need to block book classes, which feels low pressure and offers flexibility. There’s a great choice of classes, and everyone is really welcoming. I had been a bit nervous about going to baby groups, however my experience at Nest has been lovely and I would highly recommend them!
Nest completely changed my mat leave by giving me a space to exercice, play, learn and breathe. Jenny is so welcoming to new members and makes everyone feel safe and comfortable straight away. Both my boys love the space and activities and are always asking to come back. It is now part of our routine. We love the rebuild/balance class by Jenny and the piano bairns has also become a favourite. We really enjoy strong, so challenging! I wish I've had that community after my 1st pregnancy.
Nest is my safe space, I’ve tried a lot of the classes and have loved them all. Pregnancy yoga, meetups and a retreat had a massive impact on my pregnancy and birth experience. The Rebuild class has been so important in my postpartum recovery, then there’s classes like Balance which gently built me up to being able to do the Strong and buggy fitness classes. I fell like I’ve been held and supposed through deep and safe recovery and I feel amazing. I also just love the atmosphere and social support network. I’m so thankful to be able to connect with other mums in a space like this. I’d highly recommend a membership, it’s so worth it.
Nest has been a lifeline for me through my maternity leave, and my first year of motherhood. It gave me somewhere to go when I was having anxiety about leaving the house with my newborn. But since then it become a little comfort zone for me and my daughter. She knows where she is as soon as we walk through the door, she crawls off and plays with her little friends that she’s made. Becoming a member was the best decision I ever made because there’s something so special about being in a room full of mums who are in the same season of life as you are! We celebrated my daughter’s first birthday at Nest recently and it was the most stress free party ever! Couldn’t imagine celebrating that milestone anywhere else! So grateful for Nest and everything it has to offer 🤍
