I've lived around the corner from this place for years and for some reason I've never been in! Recently the incredible smell of chargrilled food, while the sun is splitting the sky, has been driving me nuts so I gave it a go. I just wanted a full grilled chicken to takeaway, it comes with rice or chips so opted for the rice. £13, what a bargain! It came with a separate box of pickles, a fresh cooked lebanese flat bread (delicious and light!) 4 tubs of sauce plus grilled onion, peppers, and tomato on the rice. The chicken was absolutely incredible...hence why I'm writing this review! Beautifully seasoned, succulent and the chargrilled'ness...oh my word...it's the type of flavour bomb that makes your eyes roll! I will definitely be back there for more again soon. The chefs were really smiley and friendly and looked so (rightfully) proud/pleased with themselves when they handed over the food! Now. I can understand why you're always so busy when I walk by! Oh and the packaging was also brilliant, compared to so many other restaurants I've seen. Any food ordered for delivery would certainly travel well!
I’ve tried many Lebanese and Syrian dishes, but this restaurant’s food was even better than what I’ve had in Lebanon and Syria. The staff were lovely, and Eyni was particularly welcoming with a charming smile. I highly recommend checking it out.
Atmosphere was lovely, place was super clean. Food was lovely, I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma with halloumi and fries. The complimentary lentil soup was also beautiful and light. The kunafa was just hot and perfect. I would definitely come back.
Easily one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! This is my first time visiting Scotland, and honestly, the food was absolutely incredible without a doubt the most delicious Arabic food in the country. Everything we ordered was perfect: The meat was unbelievably juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The shawarma was amazing and full of flavor. The juices were so refreshing and tasty. Beyond the incredible food, the service was fantastic. A special shoutout to Amy from the team; she was so incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. An amazing experience all around, and definitely won't be my last visit! Highly, highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An amazing experience. A Glasgow favourite for a reason. Lovely atmosphere, calm yet buzzing with chatter and conversations and easy to hear conversation despite the restaurant being busy. The food was incredible, we had the sharing plate mixed grill to celebrate my friends birthday which was succulent and full of flavour! Every bite of meat had flavour and the rice was real saffron rice, you could taste the saffron really strongly. The mixed grill comes with rice, meat, vegetables, free lentil soup (!) and bread. We also had the traditional cheese pastry dessert which was delicious and is really worth trying, the cheese pull is very fun! I took the leftovers home with me in a box which were perfect the next day too. We will return!
