Lovely little bistro in Finnieston.First time here on a Saturday afternoon 18th July. Food was delicious, cocktails, divine and service was especially excellent. We had the specials of panko fried brie and ribeye steak frites for me (best steak had in a long time. Rate it better than recent one at Spanish Butcher). Scallops and fish of the day Coley with mussels for husband.
We loved our anniversary meal here. The food, ambience and staff were all terrific. Look forward to coming back. Thank you ✨️
Amazing find with incredible flavours. The menu is really good but we were too tempted by the specials ...Harry describes them so beautifully! All the flavours are beautifully balanced and food is perfectly cooked. We had the carrot and ginger soup with lovely crusty bread (tasted home baked as well) and the seafood starter... these smelled so good and were so tasty that we ate them before i took a photo ! The seafood medley for the main (amazing again) and clootie dumpling for dessert (incredible) rounded up with really good coffee. We couldn't believe what a treasure this place is. Harry is warm and friendly, super attentive and was able to welcome all his prebooked guests by name (without checking a book) as they arrived. We will definitely be back ...thank you so much for heavenly tastes !
A quiet cold Wednesday night in Glasgow uncovered a peach of a restaurant. Every dish was simply top drawer👌 And you've got to have Fanny's Potion... Great host too! Will absolutely be back. Thank you
Had a brilliant night out in Fanny’s yesterday. Food was superb, really tasty. Portions were great also and my dessert was also top notch - perfect ending to a great meal. I went for the king prawn starter, the shin of beef for the main (jus was incredibly smooth and tasty) and the chocolate and cream dessert was luxurious. 10/10 for me.
