Had the most amazing experience with Eve, she totally saved the day when another venue cancelled our booking on my friends Hen do. Eve was so accommodating and thoughtful and we all had such an amazing night!! 🩷🩷🩷

Incredibly underwhelming afternoon tea. We arrived at Saint Jude’s and were left waiting in the doorway along with another couple. Given that there is an entrance hall and a podium, there was nothing to suggest we shouldn’t be waiting there. I made myself known to staff who informed me that we should have just made our way straight in. The floor of the bar was incredibly sticky and my shoes were sticking to the floor wherever I went. We were shown to our table and the manager took our order. Despite emailing them our allergies, no one was aware of these and we had to inform them again. Service was incredibly slow with staff appearing inexperienced and out of their depth. Two separate staff members approached our table with food and drink that we did not order. Staff behind the bar were also working from a cheat sheet when making the cocktails. We asked what wine they had and our servers product knowledge was poor to non existent. We had to flag down staff several times to request additional items and to enquire as to where the items we had ordered were. Drinks eventually arrived in duplicate. Staff were run off their feet and wait times were incredibly poor. There was no service provided whatsoever. Venue also does not answer emails or their telephone. Building was stiflingly warm and overly loud. It was difficult to have a conversation as we could not hear one another speak over the loud music. I understand that it operates as a club, but surely not at 2pm ? Overall an incredibly underwhelming afternoon tea and not an experience we plan to repeat.

Attended a friends party event. Not my usual scene but I’d probably return casually for drinks if in the area. Pros: Sound system was good and there’s plenty of seats and nice lighting. Staff seemed on the ball and it was organised well. Cons: No draught lagers downstairs and the toilets were really dirty. If you need to hire a venue def worth considering.

Had a lovely meal here earlier today. Had the hot chick burger which was lovely. The mac attack burger also looked sensational. For a drink I went for the galaxy caramel cocktail which was out of this world. Will need to come back and try the other cocktails. The staff were very friendly and couldn't fault the service one bit
