My wife and I tossed a coin and decided on here for a rare dinner out and it was all we wanted and more. Excellent environment, very well pleasant and knowledgeable staff who really seemed to believe in the food they were serving, and the food itself was course after course of triumphant success. The cocktails, which were consumed liberally, were also extremely well presented and delicious. This isn’t the very cheapest night out, but it was worth every penny and we’ll certainly be back.
Fantastic meal - best Sunday roast we have ever had. Staff were v attentive and the atmosphere was great. The only negative was that the seating was v uncomfortable. The benches against the window made us feel perched on the edge of the seat - a little bit too high for the table so hard to relax.
Delicious meal and lovely atmosphere. We popped in for a late lunch on Sunday and sat upstairs. The restaurant is pristine with really cool decor and proper ambient lighting. Every dish tasted scrummy. Amazing flavours. My highlight was the chicken and daal. I going to use the M word to describe it: moreish! My other half loved the 'forced' ruhbarb dessert - a must try he said. Lovely staff, can't wait to go back and its only round the corner
I dined here with my wife and daughter, fantastic service and friendly staff with very relaxing atmosphere. The food was very good and we all thoroughly enjoyed it . I would recommend.
Birthday celebrations for myself and my husband, made extra special by the most beautiful food served in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We began with the bresaola starter, followed by braised beef brisket with the most divine rosemary roast potatoes, alongside chicory with walnut and blue cheese. We finished with tiramisu and coffee absolute perfection. This hidden gem is not to be missed ❤️
