Great for dog walks. Went early and plenty of space to roam. You have the beach area and also a, grassy area towards the car park. Water is a bit shallow which was the only downside as I like to throw the ball in for dog to go and swim. Might change on other days though. Plenty of parking too. Recommended.
Enjoyed our visit to Irvine Beach. The beach was clean with lovely views across the water towards Arran. The surrounding park is a plus. There’s plenty of space to sit, have a Barbeque, and enjoy the scenery. A great spot for anyone looking to spend some time by the sea.
Nice long sandy beach with views over to Arran. Very popular with dog walkers. Nice clean beach with lots of waste bins to dispose of any picnic refuse etc . Plenty of parking if you get here early enough. Local toilets which were clean. Very long beach and can feel leisurely even when there's plenty of people. Didn't feel overwhelming. Loved the sound of the ocean. Great responsible dog owners collecting their mess and placing in one of many bins. Great for a stroll for all ages and abilities. Very calming
