I had an excellent experience at Holon wellness facility. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was dealing with lower back pain and severe sciatica nerve pain and they recommended a course of red light therapy and PEMF treatment. The results were amazing — my symptoms improved greatly, and I’m now pain-free. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.
Just finished a wellness session in Holon with my wife and would highly recommend ! Really friendly and welcoming staff and feeling super relaxed and recharged after our treatments. The layout has been well thought out meaning the sauna and cold plunge area is private and all other treatment areas upstairs are easy to use. All very clean too. I can see this being a new favourite place of ours to relax and rebalance.
Holon is one of the few facilities I know that offers such a wide range of services to try, so I ended up sampling nearly all of them: PEMF, Vielight, the infrared sauna and ice bath, and the compression boots. Maureen, Lauren, and Iain were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout, and made it easy to understand what each service was designed to do. As a competitive fencer, I found the compression boots noticeably lightened my legs, and the infrared sauna and ice bath combination was an instant rejuvenator. I highly recommend Holon to competitive athletes interested in boosting their recovery and for others looking for a physical and mental reset. The space is beautiful and was recently awarded Gold by Scottish Design for Interior Design Projects under 250K. The Fields family are an incredibly talented bunch!
