Stretched - Glasgow

This was my first visit to Stretched and Bex was so welcoming!! She talked me through the process in detail before getting to work. She made me feel super comfortable and I could feel a difference right away!! I’ve left feeling less tight but also feeling like I learned something along the way while listening to her talk through the movements!! Would highly recommend 🫶🏾
Amy the therapist was excellent - 5 stars. Was not keen on no partitions between the beds, as this was not very private nor could i hear the instructions at all times with all the chattering. Tried the infra red sauna which was great. One of the plunge pools was out of order which is never a good look and the changing rooms could do with a spinner to remove the water excess from swimwear.
An excellent concept and an immaculate facility. Staff are all very cheerful and approachable. Pricing for the city is reasonable. My only slightly negative comment would be down to my own hearing, and that is because with the beds being in close proximity to each other I sometimes struggle to hear my softly spoken practitioner over the voices from the other tables either side. This however wouldn’t stop me going, or have me choosing someone other than Amy for my treatment.
I loved my 1st at stretched, everyone is lovely and looks after you with any queries I had. Robyn was great, she took her time and extra care for me due to my health issues. Given me great advice and what I should be doing to help strengthen myself. I cant wait for my next visit and maybe with some friends
Absolutely first class experience today on my first visit to Stretched. The facilities are really nice in great condition and my stretch therapist Robyn was absolutely fantastic. She communicated really well all the way through the session on what she was doing and when we were reaching maximum stretch. I also used the contrast therapy area which was really good with three different temperatures of cold plunge which is brilliant for anyone trying cold plunge for the first time. Well worth a visit
