I’ve been seeing Dr Kaly Jaff for my Botox for a while now, and every experience has been incredibly professional. One of the things I appreciate most is the thorough consultation before every treatment. Dr Jaff really takes the time to understand what you’re hoping to achieve and offers honest, expert advice, which always makes me feel confident and reassured. The rest of the team are also so friendly and welcoming, and from the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in trusted hands. Most recently, I visited just before my wedding when my skin had suddenly started breaking out. Dr Jaff was amazing—she took the time to talk me through what might be causing it, recommended products that would help, and explained exactly how to use them. She even went above and beyond by sending me a complexion clearing mask from her own personal supply, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Thanks to her advice, my skin started clearing up within days, and I felt so much more confident ahead of my wedding. I honestly can’t recommend Dr Kaly Jaff and her team highly enough. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness they show is exceptional.

Dr. Kaly has truly changed my life. After experiencing facial trauma, I struggled deeply with my confidence and self-esteem. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the whole experience is world-class from start to finish.
