Lonely hotel, good service, friendly & helpful staff
After reading previous reviews we nearly cancelled our booking, which would have been a real shame. Nice hotel clean and tidy big room, superb location right in the centre of Glasgow close to everything. Basic but suitable continental breakfast, great coffee machine. Coffee is available 24/7 in the Parlour kitchen. Acces directly into Central station which was great, as when we were leaving it was raining heavy. Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Recommend hotel in the centre of Glasgow, we found a number of the previous negative reviews trivial
WiFi doesn’t work in the room, a random person (not a cleaner) unlocked and came into the room during a work call, wouldn’t reccommend to be honest.
Very friendly staff. Particular mention to Ivan, who was very helpful and hospitable. Lovely room. Bed particularly comfy. Would recommend and stay again
