Best Indian Food! Flavors were electric and vivid! This has been the best experience I’ve had at an Indian restaurant ever internationally. I’m impressed so much by the food. It was as if all the food was what you’d expect from a good quality place but they layered in extra flavors like the Chana daal benefitted from extra spice, the butter paneer was exceptional; the naan were huge! The atmosphere of the restaurant elevated the experience and made it special. The service was kind and attentive. I’m so happy to have come here. I would suggest this for any traveler or local.
We visited Green Gates Cafe for a celebratory meal and had a really lovely experience. The staff were super friendly, service was really fast, and the food was great. We got three soft drinks, onion bhaji and chicken pakora as starters, butter chicken with garlic naan, and the social media-famous curry bowl. Everything was really tasty, the portion sizes were great, and even the complimentary tomato soup they gave us was delicious. The total bill came to £66, which felt fair for the amount we ordered, especially with it being in the city centre. Overall, a really tasty meal and a lovely spot for a treat.
Indian tapas is a great idea, with there being so many great dishes from around the country to try. Worth a visit to taste a new dish, and find some new favourites. Highly recommend the Puri chat, an incredible snack that hits nearly all the flavour profiles.
Had an absolutely incredible dining experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was a highlight, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. Highly recommend!
Finally had a chance to pop in here after seeing all the viral NaanPot online, and I must say it’s absolutely worth all the talk! The butter chicken was perfectly flavoured, I could practically drink the sauce and the naan was so crispy and fresh. Highly recommend the pakora as the chicken was so tender and delicious. They served a complimentary lentil soup which was smooth, garlicky and amazing. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon.
