Description
Embark on a 7-day tour of Scotland, starting in Edinburgh and traveling to Loch Lomond, Glencoe, Glenfinnan Viaduct, the Isle of Skye, the Outer Hebrides, Inverness, and the Cairngorms National Park.
Day 1: Glasgow - Loch Lomond - Glencoe - Glenfinnan Viaduct - Mallaig
Start your journey in Luss, a village on Loch Lomond. Stroll through its streets, admire the views, and learn about its Viking history. Explore Glencoe’s dramatic beauty and uncover its history, including the infamous 17th-century massacre.
Visit the iconic “Harry Potter Bridge” and hear about the Jacobite uprising. Cross to the Isle of Skye, keeping an eye out for dolphins!
Day 2: Isle of Skye
Discover the magical Fairy Pools and tour Dunvegan Castle, home to Clan MacLeod, with beautiful gardens and a museum showcasing Bonnie Prince Charlie’s memorabilia.
End the day in Portree, Skye’s largest town, with its harbor and excellent dining options.
Day 3: Isle of Skye - Outer Hebrides
Marvel at the iconic rock formation of the Old Man of Storr and then enjoy the waterfalls and breathtaking coastal cliffs at Lealt Falls.
Experience the surreal, landslip-shaped landscape at the Quiraing Viewpoint. Stroll through the otherworldly setting of the Fairy Glen with spiral stone formations and hills.
Take a ferry from Uig to Tarbert, traveling to Stornoway for the night.
Day 4: Outer Hebrides
Visit the fishing village of Port of Ness at Lewis’ northern tip and hear tales of the Guga hunters. Stand atop towering cliffs for views of the Atlantic at the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse.
Step into traditional Hebridean life at the well-preserved peat-thatched house of Arnol Blackhouse. Explore restored stone houses and witness Harris Tweed's weaving demonstrations at Gearrannan Blackhouse Village.
Discover the Iron Age structure of Dun Carloway Broch and its stunning views over Loch Carloway. Visit the 5000-year-old Neolithic site of the Callanish Standing Stones, steeped in history and legend.
Day 5: Outer Hebrides - Inverness
Enjoy a scenic ferry crossing from Stornoway to Ullapool, keeping an eye out for marine life. Walk across a suspension bridge and view the dramatic gorge and Falls of Measach at Corrieshalloch Gorge.
Tour Singleton Distillery and savor a taste of Scotland’s famous single malt whisky. Overnight in Inverness.
Day 6: Inverness
Sail across the waters of Loch Ness, enjoying the scenery and tales of Nessie. Explore the ruins of Urquhart Castle and learn about its medieval past.

Day 7: Inverness - Edinburgh
