Description

Collection at 8.30am from Greenock Ocean Terminal or Glasgow Hotel and travel 40 minutes to the conservation village of Luss. Take a walking tour with your guide of this village and enjoy the natural beauty of this special place before the crowds arrive from the coaches. Travel 35 minutes through beautiful countryside of the Trossachs to Aberfoyle where you will be treated to a fabulous sheep dog show, and also a chance to buy someone special back home a Scottish gift from the fabulous Woollen Mill. Next stop Callander to meet 3 hairy Highland Coos and offer them carrots for lunch. A free whisky tasting is also available then onto Doune Castle made famous by Monty Python the Holy Grail, Outlander and Game of Thrones. Traditional Scottish lunch is optional and after lunch travel through the historic town of Stirling steeped in Scottish history and hear tales including Sir William Wallace, Braveheart, and King Robert the Bruce. Then travel one hour for a look around Glasgow including the 800 year old Cathedral. Cost for up to 8 people in private vehicle with driver/ guide £ tbc for an 8 hour private tour with 5 star driver/guide. Included bottled water, light snacks and a sip of whisky.
