The Hub is an outstanding health, healing and treatment resource. It has helped me through my healing after a stage 2 cancer and my health has improved significantly as a result of the bi weekly treatments I use at the hub. The staff are highly trained, professional, kind and compassionate and I've neber felt so cared for at any other healing, spa, health place. Feels like family. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I had a lovely day at the Sunday Supercharge Retreat. The team were welcoming and knowledgeable, and it was a great opportunity to experience a range of different wellness therapies in a relaxed and supportive environment. Had a wonderful massage by Laura. She intuitively knows how to adapt each massage to ease any aches and pains...sometimes ones I didn't even realise were there! Also, a very calm and relaxing therapy room.
Five on the scale is unfortunately not high enough for the customer service I have received. As someone who has a degree in hospitality and tourism I can assure you this is one of the best businesses I had the pleasure in dealing with. Leigh is incredible! Made me feel welcomed and looked after, I have noticed the lovely team treating other customers the same way.
