There is NO WAY this place should get 4 ⭐️'s. It's quite derelict. I needed to call housekeeping regarding daily service and the need for some ice for a knee injury. NOBODY EVER answered the phone. It didn't matter if I dialed the reception, room service, the bar or just "0" for an operator. No answer EVER. It took the staff over an hour to delivery our luggage. That is ridiculous. We travel with only 2 small carry-on pieces (1 each) Because of the lethargic luggage delivery, we missed our dinner reservations. It was tons of fun that the fire alarm went off at 4:04 AM. Thanks.😖 The toilet is in a room of it's own (think: gas station style.) There was a (patched) hole in the bathtub. The tub/shower controls are bizzare/convoluted.(I have travelled a lot & these were just weird.) I am sure there are better options for lodging within the city.

The reception staff here is top-notch. Check-in was quick, professional, and seamless. We were greeted immediately upon walking in by Satabdeeca. The check-in process was seamless, and they went above and beyond. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality at a front desk! The room was perfect for our family's stay.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was ideal for a family of 4, only negative with the room was the toilet was separate to the bathroom and could’ve benefited from a bit of a make over. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty choice. Kids were kept well entertained with a small area in reception with a selection of toys which allowed a little relaxation for mum n dad.

Just spent another two nights in Novotel. Extremely comfortable and clean room, at good price for Central Glasgow. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Julie is a star. Food reasonably priced, good portions and very tasty. Secure parking a bonus. Not expensive. We will be back for sure. Bob and Iona.

Me and my partner went to stay here on valentine's day. This has to be so far the best hotel I've been to in Glasgow. The reception staff were all polite and helpful. We loved our room. It was clean and spacious. It had a iron, hairdryer kettle tea coffee and a TV that works. The bathroom I loved the mirrors lit up so it was cosy and romantic. The bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave the bed. We also had breakfast the following day which had all day breakfast, fruit with yogurt, toast, cereals, etc. I was impressed with the selection of tea and different coffees you could get. The staff were also helpful and nice from the canteen. Only negative thing I can say is I was gutted to leave. If anyone wants a comfortable stay in a clean safe hotel. Then this is the hotel to go to. Alot of the hotels in Glasgow take notes. Thanks Novotel I will be back 😊
