I visited last night with 3 of my friends and had the Ye Old Pub menu (I think that’s what it was called). Everything was 11/10 from the food to the service. The waiters were amazing at describing both the flavours of the food and the wine pairings. The duck, apple crumble, scotch egg and fish were massive stand outs! The flavours were so rich and we all left excited to visit again. Thank you so much for a lovely meal and great service.
This was an absolutely amazing experience, the food was unreal and the staff were amazing too! For two fussy eaters it was out of our comfort zone but we really enjoyed it. Chris was our server and he was absolutely brilliant the entire night, really made us comfortable. We also had a brief interaction with Josh and he was incredibly friendly as well. Will definitely be back!!
We recently tried the Paris menu and it did not disappoint. Staff were so lovely when I had to call up when stuck in traffic. The service was impeccable and we were well attended to. The setting was beautiful and the food was wonderful. The only slight complaint was the noise level which couldn’t be helped considering the restaurant was extremely busy given it was a Saturday. We loved the experience and would highly recommend - it caters to different types of people and the themed menus make this place very special.
We had the most incredible experience at Six by Nico for the Sherlock Holmes tasting menu. From the moment we arrived, everything felt immersive and thoughtfully put together – it truly felt like stepping into a story. Each course was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with such creative twists that kept us guessing (very on theme!). The attention to detail across the menu was amazing, and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into every dish. The staff were fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and really added to the whole experience by explaining each course and making us feel so welcome. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience from start to finish. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different and memorable. Already looking forward to the next theme!
We came for the Sherlock menu tonight and we had the BEST time!! We were served by Jai who was absolutely lovely. So bubbly, smiley and friendly. We had such a fun time investigating while enjoying brilliant food and drinks. I had the wine pairing while my partner had the cocktail pairing and both were lovely. All of the staff working were great and the whole restaurant had a lovely relaxed vibe. I’d definitely come again! Thank you Jai for looking after us 🥰
