We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our hostess, Izzy, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She explained the menu and our options clearly, which made it easy to decide. We chose the Tomahawk steak, and it was absolutely delicious. Even though we ordered it medium-well, it was still tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion was generous and easily enough for two people, or even more depending on your appetite. The restaurant itself is elegant with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk in without a reservation. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Service was friendly and attentive. The food was good, but not extraordinary. Given the price and the prep lore, I expected to be blown away by the steak, but it was neither the most tender or the most tasty steak I've ever had for less money.
Food was good, definitely enjoyed the Fried Camembert and Truffle Mac & Cheese. Tap water was ice cold I do wish salt and pepper was included at the table, but I can see why there isn't. Had to put atmosphere as 4* despite the nice decor due to a toddler nearby crying (though that was no fault of the restaurant so take it with a grain of salt)
We had an outstanding meal for a special occasion. The steaks, as you would imagine, we're fantastic, unbelievably tender and so rich in flavour. All of the sides and sauces were extremely good with the Bucky Bordelaise being a real stand out. The service was also excellent with very attentive and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about everything on the menu. A special mention goes to Aiden who was particularly charming and brilliant at anticipating our needs before even we did - always a sign of exceptional service. Cocktails were also delicious. Would definitely recommend.
First time trying this place (hard to find on goggle but seen you on instagram). Hands down the best steak we have had in Glasgow. Special mention to your boy myles who went over and above for us. What an incredible young man with an amazing work ethic. He represented your business so well and I hope you let him know we would return for him alone. Price was very fair considering the quality, we were pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere and lovely decor.
